This was an adorable read. 4/5 stars. It’s nothing too serious, very much a slice of life, quick, and it really hits all the elements I enjoy in these types of novels. The slow burn between the main lead and the main character was very well executed, and while there was some drama, it was resolved fairly quickly. And the timing! That’s something I often find frustrating in this genre—everything happens so fast—but this one had a more realistic timeline for the events that unfolded.
Lazy Sakura’s translations are top-notch, though I did get a bit impatient and machine-translated the rest.

Honestly, this gender-bending novel stands out as one of the better ones in its genre. It does have its dark moments, but the storyline is undeniably captivating. What I appreciate is the depth and realism of the characters – they make mistakes, strive to grow, which humanizes them and prevents them from being portrayed as invincible superheroes or one-dimensional sidekicks. This authenticity makes me more inclined to root for them.
In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this book, just be aware that it involves gender bending. There's a possibility of more romance developing later on, so if that's not your cup of tea, you might want to reconsider or give it a try with an open mind.
I remember a bit ago ( maybe mid last year ish) the website had an something happen that cause the person maintaining it to revert to a backup making people loose a few months of their info, so if you read this novel around that time you lost your progress

He lived for 500 yrs and realized everything is meaningless after experiencing it once. Wealth, women etc.
He said he lived in his old world where immortality was out of reach, so everyone settled for what they could achieve with their short lives(wealth and power), and now that he got reincarnated to this world where achieving immortality is not a fantasy, not seeking it would be stupidity.
Wether he’ll achieve it or not, he doesn’t know, but at least he won’t die with regrets if he gives it his all, cus there’s nothing else what pursuing.
