Good book but super slow. Chapter 205 already but they still have not divorced. Stuck at cliffhanger for 200 over chapters flirting around aimlessly. Somehow the male lead still did not realize that he has feelings for the female lead.
Are you ever going to finish this book? It has been months now that you have taken your break. I literally check every day to see if there is an update.

There's a recurring motif I can't shake—the idea of portals and thresholds. Berry came through a Scarletberry, which is both a fruit and a doorway. She needs another white Scarletberry to go back. The broom Xiuxiu literally unlocks doors. Feng Ci's bedroom door, which he double-locks every night, gets opened by a stick. These aren't just plot devices; they're symbols for the barriers between people. Feng Ci built his life on solitude—locks, routines, sleeping until noon, living alone. Berry is the force that breaks through every single one of those barriers, physically and emotionally. The 'Grandma's Bag' is another symbol worth noting. It's not a magical artifact in Berry's mind—it's a handmade cloth bag from her grandmother. The magic is real, but the sentiment is what matters. Similarly, Feng Ci's '40% dead conscience' waking up represents the slow thawing of someone who'd closed themselves off. The soup Berry makes—dark, poisonous, but offered with genuine love—is the perfect symbol for their whole dynamic: messy, potentially dangerous, but coming from a place of care. The story keeps asking: what happens when the magical and the mundane collide, and which one ends up changing the other?
This novel is incredibly captivating; despite having read numerous reverse harem stories, this one stands out as a favorite. The main character possesses a unique sense of humor and defies typical stereotypes, making her an ideal protagonist in a dating game scenario. If you enjoy seeing a strong and cunning MC navigate through a yandere harem, definitely give this book a try. Although I might describe the love interests as manipulative and somewhat foolish, their actions often lead to amusing consequences.
I'm curious though - is anyone else intrigued by the possibility of additional chapters that explore whether the MC can overcome her recurring dream of being pulled back to the alternate world every time she falls asleep? It's unsettling how determined these characters are, and that particular line in the extra chapter leaves me wanting more. What if her dreams persist? That's what keeps me hooked.
The story revolves around a man who goes back to a fantasy world to build a harem – straightforward concept. The novel achieves what it sets out to do, but it lacks originality or profundity. There's no hidden depth, no profound message, just a shallow portrayal of an otaku's daydreams on the surface. The writing is grammatically sound, with ordinary language, and the dialogue is unremarkable – neither particularly bad nor exceptional. It's a bland read, essentially plain and unadorned. While some might enjoy this simplicity, most people have discerning tastes.
I tried RI I got pretty form it was really good but I literally could not take it EVERYTHING ALWAYS WENT WRONG the most bazaar changes out of nowhere and in the end he lives not unscathed at all almost dead but alive but you know what wasn't alive my nerves I was sometimes scared to read the next chapter cause it was nervewracing so bad.And for the first time I met my match I got to the part were he was at the tower and he was forced to ascend
