I particularly really enjoy the story so far. The action is slightly low paced but it really helps building the ambience for later. Some reviews said thst there is a lot of lore dump. I haven't notice that much of it other than 1 chapter in the novel. Back to the review I really reccommand this book to everyone that is bored with the typical fast paced story full of cheats and lack of world development.
The mystery tag is not for show, nothing is truly explicitly explained and the reader is left to draw his/her own conclusions based on the clues given. It is the opposite of those cultivation novels where they dump a wall of info at the start. Suffice to say that the build-up is slow but steady, and the writing makes it worthwhile.Not to give too many spoilers but you have a main heroine who behaves entirely different after a suicide attempt, causing those who know her to be in awe and surprise. The heroine has limited resources, but has a sharp mind (and tongue) and to see her overturn expectations is worth reading.

honestly the novel was decent just how the grammar is my god made me want to commit a hate crime
