Just found this book, so far so good!!
A short, sweet read. The ending felt a bit rushed as I wanted more of the couple's story :)
Tang Luo transmigrates into a book and finds herself dealing with a narcissistic fiancé and his annoying mistress. She quickly decides to leave them behind in search of a handsome guy to prove to her ex that she doesn't need him anymore. There’s a system involved, but it doesn’t significantly impact the plot. She meets Chu JunYan (the male lead) and initially mistakes him for his nephew, leading to a series of comedic misunderstandings for the first half of the story. Once Tang Luo starts developing feelings for JunYan and his true identity is revealed, things become smoother, though not without a small misunderstanding near the end, which is resolved quickly. Without giving away too much, this couple goes through a lot to find each other.
Just go read it. It only took me about half a day, and I definitely don’t regret it. While the plot isn’t the most unique, it has a nice twist at the end to keep you engaged. Personally, I didn’t notice any major plot holes at the conclusion, but I’m pretty lenient with that, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
