Let me tell you a secret as an Asian. Most Asians suffer from inferiority complex. It is because of the colonization done under the British Empire. Be it chinese, Indian or korean mostly it still irks them. Which is why they try to be western and aspire westernization, one of the reasons is severe fetishisation of white skin.
Hey author I have to say you are one of best writer there is almost as good as cuttlefish of lord of mysteries plz write another mystery novel.i still don't know why this masterpiece is not popular yeah there is bit of lag and all but this plot is way more interesting that we can overlook another mistakes at the very least we
Can laugh endlessly the character is so good and hot blooded and intellectually gifted
That would truly be satisfying... But What can we do to the ML? Sigh.... I truly wish for MRZ's demise
Skywish is also a viable choice
Upon completing volume 5, I made the decision to discontinue reading this novel. It marks my second series dropped, the first being Silver Cross and Draculea. The reason for stopping was my growing dissatisfaction with the main character. Despite having the ability to fight back, he consistently chooses not to, as exemplified by the situation where the Elf (her name escapes me) was kidnapped right in front of him. He did nothing and allowed it to happen, then proceeded to act afterwards. I simply can't relate to or enjoy that type of protagonist. A compelling main character, in my opinion, would be someone like Hifumi from Summon Slaughter, who embodies a more assertive and badass demeanor.
I understand that this book receives numerous unfavorable critiques, but personally, I found it an enjoyable read. It doesn't adhere to the conventional slow-burn romance formula, but it still has its heartwarming moments. While the prose isn't exceptional and lacks profound development, it serves as a lighthearted escape from heavy drama. It's a calming choice, perfect for unwinding, just don't expect a deeply intricate plot.
I thoroughly enjoyed this narrative. The writing style is captivating, and the characters are endearing. There were moments where I couldn't help but shed a tear. The main couple (MC and ML) truly embody the 'enemies to lovers' dynamic, as their initial relationship is filled with animosity. They find each other intriguing yet simultaneously desire to bring an end to their conflict. The mischief they create for one another is both entertaining and heart-warming.
Her name literally has "trash" in it
