Story is confusing. Story starts like the description and title says, but then takes a giant u-turn and seems like an entirely different story. It doesn't match or add up. Not saying that the writing is bad, just doesn't fit this story, or what this story's description and title claim.

The novel has thus far exceeded my expectations. Initially, I disliked harem and reverse harem genres, but this story巧妙地融入了这些元素，没有破坏整体剧情，也不会让人感到厌烦。主角在医学上有很大潜力，但她的天赋并不出众，这使得故事节奏适中，她需要思考和策略规划，展现出了不错的智谋（考虑到小说的类型）。

It can be edgy for the sake of being edgy but it isn't inherently bad. It has its good and bad moments. When it's focusing on magic it's usually a good moment.
