This is such a pathetic book. FL was such a doormat. He abused, raped and assaulted her and she kept following him like a lost puppy. There was literally no romance. I kept waiting for the FL to grow a backbone but she never did. Not recommend.
The book was great. However, I don't think the special should've been thrown in this book if this was regarding the war. I was hoping to find out what happened at Elias wedding with his mate coming back & will Kennedi, fall in with Val even though he's centuries old? that will be a good story

The story line was vey good however the ending was non satisfactory. Author I truly hope you consider giving us a sequel or rewrite the ending.
