I feel like there was something missing in the ending
i have already read this multiple times but i cant still get over it. super love this novel, very funny and the male lead and female lead's relationship between master and disciple at the same time as a lover is really cute. her master was very innocent while the female lead is very funny.
D*mn, a 2 star rating. The only one lower that I've seen so far is weapon seller in another world which has a 1.9 star rating
As for the story? I read a few chapters, so I can tell you that all the other comments are right. This novel is garbage. Don't read this, you'll regret it.
Well i read this novel upto ch 13 and I was bores out of my mind while reading this( even fell asleep). The pacing is so slow, the writing is incoherent and the scenes are not written well. This is not rant but simply my opinion and what's with the character names mc has a western-ish name while his sister has an asian name. All in all the concept of the story is ok but the writing is down right bad.
Whoever is planning to read this: The translation is bad. How bad you ask? Using present and future tense while speaking about the past. I got to the beggining of chapter 2 hopping it would be better, nope.
Why do romance novels/manga/stories have to drag their two MCs' love progress on for so d*mn long, only to have them finally confess to each other near the end and only a few chapters of them being a true couple?

Up until chapter 143, the MTL (Machine Translation) version is surprisingly comprehensible. The storyline is straightforward yet engaging, with the FL's (Female Lead) and ML's (Male Lead) interactions from their previous lives gradually unraveled in the present situation. Similar to the character XJX in RMEML, the ML here is an enigmatic and charismatic general. I plan to continue reading through the MTL and re-read it once the translation is complete.
