So, let's be real here. This is one of the most generic, paint-by-numbers stories I've seen, even on this site. MC is a handsome, cool, casually pretentious, arrogant, unreasonable, OP dude? Check. He has a fatty friend? Check. Is in conflict with a rich silk pants type who has a grudge against him for a dumb reason? Check. Is supported by a beautiful and capable woman who also has a high status? Check. Not only is it generic, it's poorly executed as well. The setting is somewhat interesting, I guess, with the reincarnation tower and all, but that's about all that can be said for it.
Massive derec. Can't believe something like this was picked.
Really Lovely Book
The descriptions of the scenes are accurate and helps my imagination quite a lot.
Some missed grammar but they are very negligible.
The plot is very interesting with little holes, The MC is strong but I still see some people who can deck him but cannot kill him.
But I love the fact of no info dumbs at the very first chapter
Although I do hate the fact that the system manipulated the mc but I was relieved that the mc noticed but decided to leave it, probably because it needs the system as much as it needs him.
overall this novel is part of my must read.

i have read the raws for this the character of the mc is very inconsistent at the start he is cold blooded ,selfish ,profit seeker and smart. as time goes by you can see him turning dumb and then at 100 plus ch he just randomly offends everyone.side charecters are stupid. Enemies are all brainwashed and crazy with no logic or reasoning whatsoever. Overall great concept ruined by idiotic characters.
Love what's going on with the story, not your usual evil mc novel as it actually shows what lead to the characters decision to take the road to the dark side. The action is riveting, the descriptions are clear, just an overall amazing read.

This book is highly annoying. MC acts like he’s twelve years old, but the author pretends he’s mature and steady and an ex-special forces member.
So far, characters are typical and exceedingly one dimensional, the battles are boring, and the whole thing just feels like a generic cut and paste xianxia. Can not recommend.
The first thing I like about this book is how lovely and refreshing it starts off. This is the kinda book that you pick up when you need to have a relaxing read.
The conversations are realistic and never boring. All you have to do to understand the utter uselessness and stupidity of this story is to read the Glossary chapter (right after the Prologue), especially the 2nd part to the end. What a waste of braincells.
