This was a most enjoyable reading experience, i thoroughly enjoyed it.
It was in wattpad right? I have read it there..and loved it... i I checked the chapters...it seems the same one...so here I am leaving 5 stars
awesome story pls update next chapter
that was painful! the story concept is a good one but the super long chapters with elementary sentence structure and poor grammar just made it so boring and long winded. the book detail synopsis had absolutely no bearing on the actual story.
There's a single sentence in this text that carries enormous thematic weight: "Money would be worthless after the apocalypse anyway, so it wouldn't feel like much of a loss." One sentence. That's it. But it encapsulates everything the story is building toward. The entire premise of this novel seems to be about what value means when the old world collapses. Sheng He is stockpiling supplies, earning Favorability, converting it all into points — she's building an entirely new economy inside the system while the old one is about to crumble outside. The Points Mall itself is a fascinating symbol: it's a marketplace where human connection (Favorability) becomes currency, where relationships are literally transactional but also genuinely empowering. She can choose which abilities to unlock, what to buy, how to survive. The system gives her agency in a world that's taking everything else away. And then there's the storage space — starting as an empty field and potentially becoming a self-contained paradise. That's not just a gameplay mechanic, that's a symbol of rebuilding civilization from nothing. The original Sheng He treated people like family, our Sheng He continues that care through practical action — arranging food delivery, worrying about her father, preparing for disaster. The theme seems to be: when everything external is stripped away, what remains is your capacity to care and your ability to adapt. The system is just the tool; the humanity is the point.
Fantastic writing - totally in love with both Asher and Liams story. A really special work
