It's because the author is on a long hiatus. This hiatus is always random and he only comes back to post one chapter whenever privilege chapters are about to run out on webnovel.

I have completed reading the novel on the app. And I am so glad I was able to stumble upon this magnificent story. Every chapter is worth reading for. And I think almost all of the chapters have action scenes. This is a must read.
