The first 500 chapters was good even tho the Mc is dumb
Honestly, I would have given it a 4.0, but the inconsistent portrayal of zombies really frustrated me and occasionally disrupted the flow. For instance, the character's inability to smile or show facial expressions is mentioned, yet in some instances, it's described as if their eyes were smiling or lips curving up - a contradiction within the same story. The zombie-kissing scene, despite the character being half-zombie, seems out of place due to the lack of clear僵尸特性设定. The virus concept also feels more like a joke – the timeline is confusing, with the main character being a doctor and meeting his love interest at a hospital, yet his age inconsistencies make it hard to believe.
Additionally, the fact that the MC became a surgeon at 18 during an apocalypse doesn't add up logically, especially if the zombification affects intelligence. The novel has its heartwarming moments, but these aren't enough to push my rating higher. There are more issues I could point out, but I'll leave it at that. If you're looking for a purely fluffy read, go ahead, but if you can't overlook these inconsistencies, perhaps consider exploring other novels.
This short story has many short stories, with one FMC where you read the short stories you like and don't read the ones you don't like, you won't lose much from it. It's like a restaurant with a Swedish table, where you eat what you want and go home satisfied. A good idea to satisfy readers of all genres. with a relatively happy ending, for FMC.

This is the worst novel i have ever read. I did not last more than chapter 15. The FL is so stupid and ridiculous. She agreed to meet with her husband but she escaped on her space and took a nap. Who would do that? Even if ur tired u should think that ur husband will surely meet with u. And it even say she slept so peacefully. What a dumbass. Her kindness is not at all kindness. I call it stupidity. She is so arrogant and acts like an imbecile. Its really so bad i wish she would just get eaten.
