Honestly terrible. There is no depth to characters so far. MC is just a face slappibg machine. All he does is slap faces and scheme. The face slaps are not executed particularly well either, and he doesnt seem to make the disciples in the lower plane. It seems like he already has them
I've read up to the current chapters and I'm saddened to say that even though I like a lot about the novel, there is a lot I'm disliking as well.Up to 200+ chapters, even though it is noticable that the master is slowly opening up, from what I've read it will probably take over 400/500 chapters for anything to officially develop between them. The master has left behind too many issues over the past years and basically almost EVERY female character introduced has had a romantic relationship with the master.It took over 200+ chapters for a character who in my opinion, is better than the master, but due to the nature of this novel they will never get together since it isn't looking like a harem. Another thing is that the cultivation in the novel is awfully slow past the first 2~ stages. It has been 150+ chapters and the main character is refusing to breakthrough. Also looking at the rate he gets points for his system, I don't see how he could get enough points to get to a more noticable cultivation level without some bs happening.I like the novel but the fmc and the system imo are wearing it down.
I'd like this to be picked so that I can read a few chapters and find out if this meets my expectations. This story seems very interesting and can possibly be a good read... or trash as has been the norm lately

I am very angry and dropped this novel. Here’s why:Story Development: The way the MC progresses is at a medium level, never too slow and never too fast. On the other hand, about 150 ~ 250 chapters in. He establishes himself as the lover of the princess of Great Yan dynasty. Originally, he didn’t want to love Princess Zhang Le, but grew feelings for her over time. I felt this was a great development, however, it got a little stale with little to no increase in their relationship other than “hey i like u and that’s about it” - Princess Zhang Le. MC repeatedly gets benefits and returns the favor by gifting Zhang Le precious items (she likes to keep those around for no reason) every now and then. This is where I dropped the novel and got **extremely** mad at the author. ((SPOILERS BELOW))((SPOILERS BELOW))MC goes to a mountain range on his birthday and destroys it to let loose some steam. OUT OF NOWHERE, A WOMAN COMES AND TAKES HIS VIRGINITY, HE DOESN'T EVEN TRY TO STOP IT.H-aha, I hate this part. ZHANG LE FIGURES OUT HE HAD HIS VIRGINITY TAKEN. That’s where I dropped it. This makes no sense and is spiraling downward too far for me to read through.Character Design: Things often seem **too** tailored for the MC. Imagine this: You’re going to visit a person that can tell if you’re good or bad (unknowingly) You’re bad, you’re here to take things and leave. HIS FIRST SECT WAS A SECT THAT STOLE FROM PEOPLE (and his mindset had not changed!) and voila, the MC is labeled as a good guy.World Background: The World Background is like this: Historical figures from Japan are reintroduced to a cultivating world 2000 years ago. Most of the historical figures have survived up until today and have recreated their empires.(Great Chu, Great Yan, Great Qin, etc.) But the story often adds too many historical figures where it doesn’t even know what to do with them.There was a little arc 15~ chapters long about the historical figures fighting and talking! (Mostly talking.) A little arc like this should include some meaningful character/world development, but ended up as tea time for the 2000 year old powerhouses.My message to the author: You had such a great and unique story going, but decided to make it a typical xianxia/wuxia/martial arts story.
I'm loving it so far. It keeps me coming back every day just to see what happens next.
The fragment holder is an interesting idea.Hope their would system update in order to expand to other games.Get more skills to support him real life.Also it would interesting adding supernatural to world but that's just my opinion.

Starting to read this novel...Some of the reviews are okay and some are not but I will try this for the simple fact that it is medically related...The first few chapters are kinda, meh!!!The ex-fiance and her sister were the kind of female that you as a reader would really like to give some major faceslaps...The ML was okay...
