Pfft....I dont know why but I just laugh when I first saw the title.
This is my third re-read, and I last stopped at Volume 14. Honestly, I really enjoy this novel, though everyone has their own preferences. I wouldn't discourage others from giving it a chance. The current relationship between the main characters doesn't feel Stockholm Syndrome to me, and I didn't sense any forced aspects either. It's important to consider the historical context, where sexual norms were different, but in a fantasy setting, it's a different ballgame, right? The protagonist's naivety and occasional foolish decisions serve a purpose, allowing for character growth and showcasing their problem-solving skills. The development is gradual, but it's there.
For those considering reading, I suggest giving it a serious try up until Volume 4. If you still don't find it appealing, you can stop. Even without a romantic focus, I would continue just for the amusing adventures and the intriguing ways the主角 resolves conflicts.

same i really dislike how evil and ruthless he is, generally i dont like mc's like that very much its fine if they are a little ruthless and a little evil but fang yuan is a complete d*ck and from what I heard from other people he is a complete maniac and slaughters his family to enhance his talent.

There's so many thing that he didn't finish and you chose to end this story now? You cant just end it like that.
Very slow to start but be patient, the best by the author. Each crisis builds into the next but isn’t obvious at first. There are translation errors in tense and phrasing, but can be over looked. Having Read the Raw version a few other comments the ending of the main storyline was abrupt and the final two sections weren’t needed. I would have preferred the last section to have been more fleshed out into its own story as the characters seemed an after thought and the plot was not explored to its fullest
Urban Tux is an okay web novel. The characters are interesting, but sometimes the story feels slow and not very exciting. Tux is a cool main character, but some parts of the writing could be better. It's an alright read if you have time. 3.0/5 stars.
Probably one of the 2 best CN novels of 2018-2019. My House of Horrors and Lord of the Mysteries. Nothing much to add, the high ratings speak for themselves.
I thought Serenity will find out she is pregnant then go back to Jackson. But the author is busy dragging things with making the poor suffer in the hands of the rich all the time. Clara also needs to be happy and be loved together with Yanny.
