Then it goes from storytelling to a quick summary of everything going wrong.The author summarizes MC losing control to kill off his new family-- which will ruin his new romance. Not showing like a two chapter battle, but telling, like "He woke up, ripping out Roderick's heart." Yeah I suppose the crystal might have controlled his mind, or the system he swore to kill might have nerfed him again................I read three more chapters hoping for an explanation but it just rolls off in a different direction. Maybe I left too soon. You wrote the characters so well, I was invested in the characters and felt like they got flushed for a different story direction.

Honestly i feel a bit guilty in rating it 2 stars. For 200 or so chapters this novel is worthy 4.5 stars (I consider 5 stars a masterpice), but starting from chapter 300 something onwards its quality goes down to the point that around chapter 400 it is absolute trash. It is obvious how the author couldn't sustain the required chapter output and the quality of the novel suffered dramatically. The webnovel system, where quantity matter more than quality, reaped another victim.

Each chapter is always interesting, although it is a bit fast pace the MC can still lose as football is a sport where anything can happen. The stability of this update is alright, you don't get a chapter every day but once you do, you will get at least 3 chapters or more a day. Considering this is translated from Indonesian from the author itself is really impressive, as the grammar is actually not that bad. The world background is also just like our world, but with OC's, for example, the character of Matheo is actually Messi in real life, but instead, he plays for Juventus, and then with Quaresma who is supposed to be Cristiano Ronaldo, and he plays for Real Madrid. There is romance in this, but it is a slow romance. Then for character designs, there aren't really any specifics on how the character really looks, but that just allows me to use my imagination of what our MC looks like.
