Shameless author review:Just in case you’re not sure if this is the book for you, here are a few more details:1. This is primarily a romance, but there’s also lots of worldbuilding and fantastical things happening.2. This book is not a harem, and there is no love triangle.3. This is a slow burn (emphasys on slow) where the MCs get to know each other first before the romance starts. 4. There will (eventually) be a bit of smut, but nothing too crazy. 5. The main MC, Perry, does make a lot of questionable choices in the beginning of the story, and it takes him a while to understand everything. But that doesn’t mean he’s a pushover and lets people walk all over him. He’s good at improvising and figuring things out as he goes.6. Even though there is lots of worldbuilding, the main driving force of this story are the characters and how the challenges they face change them - and how that then changes the world. 7. Expect this story to be long (minimum of 500 chapters) because I have big plans for my beloved characters. 8. Oh, and it’s gay. Very, very gay. That being said, I hope you give my chaotic lovelies a chance and enjoy reading their story! ?

Shameless self review here.. if you're coming from my other novel expect Whispers Of The Lost to be significantly darker. This novel is the spiritual successor of Eternal Guise. I learned a lot while writing my previous novel and this is my attempt to put those lessons to use. The style is a lot different. For folks reading my work for the first time. Expect a lot of action mystery world building and a clever Mc. Give it a shot if you don't like the first chapter.. I'll be honest you probably won't like the series. To anyone else though I encourage you to give Caspian and Menthil City a chance. The world is based on Victorian England and the story takes place in Menthil a similiar place to London in the 1800s. If you enjoy lampooning i can almost guarantee you'll love this novel.
Is there a better way to put my feelings on these reviews without seeming like I am sucking up? Anyways the picture of the cover attracted me then the awesome synopsis which is a delight to see a proper detail of what to expect. I am happy to take part in something that is addictive and great! I already felt so welcomed to the page to go further! Bastian comes off like an interesting guy so I hope to partake in his existence and see where this goes! ^^
