Honestly, I had some apprehension about finding love interests in this story. However, upon checking the tags, I see that there's no mention of romance or harem dynamics, which is a relief. I just hope the author doesn't take an unexpected turn, especially when it comes to pairing the main character with characters like Esther or the B-class policewoman, whom I didn't particularly connect with. So far, I've been quite enjoying the novel, and that's why I'm recommending it.

First, I would like to say that I enjoy transmigration novels with strong female leads. However, I COULD NOT BRING MYSELF TO READ THIS ONE. This novel provides a detailed account of sexual harassment and eve-teasing, and it seems to be heading towards even more disturbing content. If teenagers and other young readers are consuming this novel, it teaches boys that harassing and sexually abusing a girl is an expression of love. It also teaches girls that if a handsome, strong, and powerful guy—or any guy, for that matter—harasses them, they should feel flattered instead of, at the very least, running in the opposite direction if they cannot fight back. I don’t know what message the author is trying to convey, but this reads more like a case study of two individuals with deeply twisted psychological issues rather than a novel.

This is an excellent piece! The pacing is generally fantastic, with no dragging moments that I noticed. Although a few scenes might have benefited from slightly extended dramatic tension, the overall speed kept me engaged. I prefer a fast-paced narrative over one that feels sluggish.
The conflicts feel well-justified and realistic; there's no unnecessary plot manipulation. The characters' actions that lead to conflict feel authentic and believable, even if their decisions aren't always ideal. Some character choices might seem convenient for the plot, but they still maintain a sense of realism.
The character development is consistent, without any sudden transformations. They might come across as somewhat one-dimensional, but it doesn't detract significantly from the story's appeal. The romance is heartwarming and employs familiar tropes that I enjoy.
The turning point comes when he becomes intrigued by her indifference towards him, which evolves into curiosity and eventually love. It's a sweet dynamic where neither tries to change the other, and while there's a brief moment of pushiness, it's handled gently enough to be overlooked.

I just finished reading the entire story and I'm so sad rn coz I'm gonna miss all of'em and at the same time happy because all of them got what they deserve (bad/good). I also want a husband like Mo Ting in the future who'll dote on me, protect me and love me everyday (even though it's impossible) but it's not bad to dream right?.
Man this series takes FOREVER to update.
In 9 months only 15 chapters have been released, T-T why does such a good story have to have one of the most atrocious update schedules ever.
