After reading the initial free 70 chapters, I decided to leave another review for author-san. So far, the novel is on a normal pace but the world is being slowly opened to the readers. The novel really lives up to his name so I will continue reading itPractices such as cannibalism, sacrifice, hunting zombies, and survival are all depicted properly and I think the book will go down a good route. Yongrui is also leveling up normally and he isn't any weaker nor stronger against those around him, which makes it balanced. Death encounters and survival are also pictured in the book so well that you can really see the outbreak happening right before your eyes! And also, the comedy, romance and seriousness of the novel has a nice balance to it (the first part was focused on the comedic side but it gets serious down the line). I will continue reading it! Once again, good job author-san. I wish you all the best in this book :)
Writing quality - 3 starsNo obvious grammar mistakes... but the vocabulary is lackluster and monotonous... sentence structure is poor because it feels like reading a diary (also author repeats mc name almost every paragraph and it is annoying) Update stability - 3 starsI'm neutralStory development - 3 starsThe pacing is good... events flow in a logical manner ... but there is no suspense, no mystery (story is too predictable and scenes are too lukewarm)Character design - 2 starsCharacters are generic having atmost two traits with nothing more to them and only mc changes... but the mc's change is contrary to his personality(mc will go from callous to wishy-washy to depressed to determined in a span of three paragraphs...he is more emo than sasuke)World background - 2 starRarely is a place named... there is almost no description of places... the rest is just like the real world with no creativity (there is no immersion when i can't mentally picture the setting) It is an interesting read at first but it quickly loses its momentum... the protagonist is dull, the setting is hard to imagine and the plot is far too obviousGood to read once in a while to pass time but otherwise...

Author tried to portray the MC as a kind person, but his actions are anything but!He steals the good fortune of anyone around him. Selfish, greedy, and never satisfied with anything!What the novel shows you and what it tells are you are completely different, and makes me suspect that later on it'll devolve into the typical faceslapping fest.
I have yet to read it, but I already want to thank author for the synapsis. The toxicity of the [mindsets] is really disgusting at times, it makes people look like some beasts. Outdated ways of thinking that silently harm people while claiming all credit for good things. I know a lot of them from all the novels I read, and I hated them to the point of writing a novel myself. Thank you for doing it for me ?
