Tagalog translation
"This has to be the most outstanding harem novel I've come across. The female protagonist is intelligent, sharp-tongued, and an incredible actress. Each male lead possesses their unique charm. Furthermore, the translation quality is exceptional."

The Emperor Protects!
I must admit, this isn't really my area of interest. From a medical perspective, treating a real-life individual like the main character did with the three personalities would be highly detrimental to their well-being. That's why I couldn't continue reading or rate it higher than one star. As a writer, I believe it's crucial to conduct thorough research on topics like dissociative personality disorder before portraying them in a work. Spreading misinformation, even in fiction, can be harmful.
Alright, after reading both the current chapter and the next one, I must say it's absolutely stunning - it feels like being in a literary paradise. I'm puzzled as to why more people aren't exploring this fantastic novel. Just a piece of advice: if you're enjoying it, pace yourself by reading one chapter at a time. Trust me, if you devour them all too quickly, the experience won't last as long. Honestly, I'm not much of a reader myself, but I managed to finish it within 2-3 days, and it left me wanting more due to its incredible content.
I concur with the first commentator. The angst and tragedy in this particular story fell flat for me. The main characters缺乏 depth or meaningful development; they felt one-dimensional. The supporting characters, surprisingly, displayed more emotional complexity and dynamic behavior compared to the protagonists, particularly the female lead, whose carefree demeanor was stark contrast to the turmoil around her.
**Warning: Spoilers Ahead**
The FL's character arc was disappointing. She feels guilt and remorse, but still harbors an infatuation with the king, seemingly unaffected by the suffering of her family and countrymen. Her reactions to tragic events were underwhelming – she showed no significant emotional response even when her sister attempted to ignite her anger through suicide, or when her husband passed away. Instead, she went about her daily life at the palace, enjoying activities like the lantern festival with the emperor, which left me utterly confused.
As for the emperor ML, despite having a wife and numerous concubines, he openly proclaimed eternal love for the FL, which struck me as utterly inappropriate. It's difficult to empathize with any of these characters, given their questionable actions and decisions.
I genuinely feel同情 for the secondary characters who were caught up in the mess created by this irresponsible and unproductive duo, especially the kind and gentle husband whose sacrifices went unnoticed.
Does the translation improve?
My god this is soooo gooooooddd. It's unique, unlike other yaoi or shounen ai story, there are rokance in the air, but it's really not the focus of the story. Each arc is different and meticulously written. I got tired when I reached the king arc, but when I resume reading I found actually it's still good. There are a lot of positive moral story too. I personally am a fujoshi, so I might be wrong, but I think this story can be enjoyed by non LGBTQ+ supporter, because the story didn't focus on that aspect. But for other fujoshi out there, especially ones who also like action amd fantasy genre, this is recommended for you. And, just FYI, the extras will also turn you pink 3
Good story, ending is uhh, don't know what to say about it.
