ok it was very confusing that there are 2 stories in this book. the first story was ok but then it just abruptly ends without really any of the issues being resolved at all. I think you really need to come back and do the 1st story justice. you can't do a book 2 without a true ending to book 1

the ML is a predator how is he 14 or 15 liking a 7 year old and then looking at her “lustrously”? absolutely disgusting the plot is OK but the romance is overall predatory he is forcing himself on her anytime he sees her and touching her without her permission idk if that’s romantic to other people but it sure isn’t to me...
