The starting got me so confused but generally an okay read. feels quite rushed and the scenes are jumping all over the place.great effort tho!
I don't regret reading this. The writing quality is decent, the author gives a lot of small POV snippets aside from the main character's. The story development is something you can look forward to since there's a lot of things going on in the background.I read a few chapters. Few chapters turn to a little more. A little more turned to... binging.At the end of the day, all I can say is: "There goes my eyes..."

Chapter 3 and I can't help but love the story already.Because the author knows something most writers don't.How to give the protagonist goals he wants to achieve and stakes that make it challenging.

It's not like all the other novels with annoying young masters. Also everyone including the MC aren't as stupid as beans. And he won't just go affending everyone, everyday and everywhere like an idiot

Overall it's an amazing story set in ancient china involving elements of romance, comedy and mysteries related to world setting. I don't think you would regret trying this atleast.Till ch 72 , there is no harem and no indication of any possible such development in future so yeah there is a good chance it remains a pure romance with strong and possessive nature of female lead ?
