This was a fun read, never a dull moment, and I couldn’t wait for more time to read it!
love it so much
I understand Jessica, girls that would do anything for their family including contract marriage.
loving it?????
The foundation, progression, and genuine power scaling of the story are exceptional and highly original, as far as I'm concerned. However, my main issue lies with the persistent portrayal of underestimation and "Young Master" syndrome among the characters. The protagonist breaking an extraordinary exam record? It's brushed off as mere luck. Defeating opponents effortlessly within minutes? They haven't faced true power yet. Every decision made by the MC is met with arrogance, lacking self-awareness. Honestly, I'd prefer a narrative where the MC isn't trapped in this convoluted world but reigns supreme as their planet's god. Despite this, if one can overlook the lengthy章节 to reach the action, the story is enjoyable. If you can't endure the repetitive build-up for the next "Young Master" or elder's defeat every few chapters, this might not be the book for you. But if you can, give it a chance!
Took me a while to remember the story. You are right! By far one of the best Chinese novels, sad it got banned
it tells u more then more it progress but u skipped most of it
any info on updates? I'm getting desperate
To the people waiting for this to update, just Google the name of the novel with the next chapter you want, the novel here is a bit behind. I will not be saying any names of websites, just have a try for yourself. I do personally suggest still reading up to all the recent chapters on this website since other websites take a moment to unlock chapters
Lmaoo i could just imagine from the synopsis how bored she is of her lives like. 'Damn im just gon' marry the one who killed me in my next life.'
The initial installment was decent, with a cute premise and well-translated content. However, the main characters lacked emotional depth. The female lead (FL) rescued the male lead (ML), whom she found attractive, and they married due to mutual affection. FL had an unusual condition where dying reset her memories, causing her to appear emotionless. Despite the ML's quiet and distant nature, someone fell in love with her due to her perceived indifference. Their marriage ended abruptly when the ML left, and Ei, another character, faced a crisis.
A spoiler follows: I couldn't comprehend why Ei didn't disclose her immortality to the ML, considering it would have been a concern for her.
The plot then took a chaotic turn, with the ML descending into madness, hallucinations, and isolation. Ei eventually woke up and went in search of her friend, discovering his mental state and embarking on a drawn-out journey to reach him. The reunion was unnecessarily prolonged, and the ML's possessiveness became apparent, restricting Ei.
The subsequent parts felt unplanned, stretched for the sake of a lengthy story. Side characters, including a random kidnapping incident involving the FL's friend by a raven-like antagonist, felt unnecessary and tedious.
In conclusion, the side stories felt like a waste and left me wanting a refund.
I actually appreciate that the MC isn't flexing at all. Not every MC needs to be a fool that chases fame and external validation
