His internal thoughts tend to lean towards negativity and criticism whenever he evaluates someone who isn't his close friend. Given that 80% of the narrative is his inner monologue, 10% is dialogue, and only 10% delves into world-building, this tendency towards harsh judgments becomes quite prominent.
