Edginess was initially at the forefront... but that changed. I find it disappointing how the main character completely lets go of his vendetta against his classmates, or even his teacher. His entire struggle in the first part of the story revolved around his intense anger and fury. However, later on, those emotions seem to dissipate or become overshadowed by the concept of "the greater good," which I consider to be a cop-out. It's commendable for him to adopt a more principled stance, but I had hoped to see him remain true to his edgy nature.
The story strikes a balance. There's intense conflict, but not every plot twist revolves around scheming, allowing for moments of respite. The antagonist isn't completely one-dimensional, retaining a level of intelligence that keeps them intriguing without becoming comical. Love interests aren't solely focused on the protagonist; she has clear intentions and avoids unnecessary connections. Although the main character comes from a modern background, she doesn't possess extraordinary abilities or cling rigidly to modern ideologies.
The male lead, while dominant, doesn't overpower her and remains理智 in matters concerning her. The romance scenes are适度，not overwhelming. Additionally, the novel's length is perfect, neither too short nor excessively lengthy, allowing for a satisfying reading experience without feeling rushed or bogged down.

This presents a fresh perspective on storytelling. I can hardly believe I just read it; I should have paced myself and waited a year instead of devouring it in one go. Many readers have mentioned the protagonist's reincarnation into a villain's body. As Qull points out, there hasn't been a clear backstory (at least based on what I've read) to definitively label the antagonist as inherently evil. Additionally, the system reminds the writer (the MC) that they must adhere to the original character's trajectory and avoid plot inconsistencies, considering they've crafted a narrative where the villain was once a 'good guy' shouldering responsibilities. It leaves room for interpretation that maybe the villain had redeeming qualities after all.
