This novel showed a lot of promise with its strong, goal-oriented female lead who masters various skills and essentially becomes a living cheat. However, the issue lies in how, over each arc, the main character increasingly encounters clingier and clingier men, whom she passively accepts and ends up with for often absurd reasons. What ultimately broke the camel’s back wasn’t just how the challenges became progressively easier for her; it was:

The male lead in one of the later arcs essentially threatening suicide to force her into accepting him as a boyfriend, and she complies. This sets up such an unhealthy relationship dynamic that it’s not even humorous.
If it weren’t for this, I would have given it a 4-star review, but as it stands, it’s a 1, and if I could, I’d give it a negative score.
I found this one to be just okay. The story is good, light, and sometimes funny. However, it has a lot of loopholes and scenes that seem irrelevant to me. When I first started reading, I was drawn in by the villain, who is possessive, cruel, and cold. I generally enjoy this type of character in stories. As the plot progresses, the villain seems to exist mainly to create problems, which is normal, but it feels off. By the end, I still don’t understand what role the villain plays in the story. Even though the title suggests the villain’s importance, it just feels like... What the hell? What happened to him?
All i can say is that the mc stands on business.
