The world-building and plot are commendable, but I'm disappointed with this novel. Initially, I was intrigued by the concept of an "Overpowered Protagonist" in "All Things In Creation: World Ruler," which sounded intriguing. However, upon reading the first volume, the protagonist's cheat ability appears quite underwhelming. The Identify aspect of the cheat deserves no more than 1-2 star rating, as it relies heavily on world lore that actually undermines its effectiveness. The Copy Skill aspect suffers from the fact that characters without the copied abilities still possess strength and expertise due to their innate skills, negating the impact of the cheat. Additionally, the supposed "Omniscience" aspect seems inconsistent, as it was only shown once when the protagonist magically knew how to cure petrification, and it hasn't been utilized similarly since, indicating a lack of clarity or coherent development in the cheat's functionality.
I managed to locate the source material and read through it. The story is decent, with the main character cleverly deceiving the empress, believing he's deceased, for a cultivation-related purpose. He also plans to establish a new cult, where the empress holds a high-ranking position akin to a pope, with potential for additional members, similar to the large harem in "My Beautiful Teacher," which has over fifty characters.
The plot stretches quite a bit to accommodate more characters, and currently, around seven have been introduced. Despite being in chapter 400+, I sense the number might increase to at least twenty. While it's not extraordinary, it has its moments and keeps growing.
It was actually good, It's one of those stories where the first 100 chapters is a build up for the later chapters, even things you found absurd or just dumb, plot holes etc... were all understood later on... just keep reading... it's actually good, at least in my opinion.
