Desolate Fate is a re-write of another novel called A Desolate Life. I'm basing my review on ADL, which I read all 256 chapters of.This is a better written xianxia then most of what is available on webnovel and other sties like royal road. It avoids the bad tropes and cliches common in other cookie cutter stories, yet still stays true to the genre. The world building and cultivation system are consistent, and you can tell the author has done a lot of work behind the scenes to make everything feel purposeful.The story takes follows the protagonist's rise in the cultivation world, as well as his exploration of his mysterious past. Each volume is a satisfying story arc in and of themselves, while all still progressing the meta plot. The first few chapters contain foreshadowing for a reveal that comes 250 chapters later, while not feeling out of place.The main character definitely grows and changes throughout the chapters. The main character starts out as young child, forced into a "righteous" sect that has killed his family. He struggles with his anger, and the conflict of wanting to get revenge while not going too far. His innocence is broken and for a while he becomes a lot more demonic, which can turn away some readers. The villainous lead tag is there for a reason. In his heart of hearts though, the MC does not want to be a killer, or evil. He is forced by his circumstances for a while, but eventually works towards gaining redemption.
dEMON SAVING BEAUTIES; he got a summon but is afraid and intimidated by her... this would have been a gem if the mc was cold or ruthless but the way he behaved with his first summon and i just read harem here ah ah .. this is not for me
new cultivation novel in a modern setting. starts rather slow and has not yet shown itself to be special but the writing quality is impecable and the author has been writing high quality storys so far. looking forward to see if this is another one.

Am I the only one spooked by the synopsis? I haven't read it yet but I'm seriously spooked right now. The author has no control over the characters and plot development? The heck? He is just a spectator?! So like everything is real. I don't know why am trembling right now. Am I scared or am I excited? I don't know. There's only one way to find out... let's read this! This is going to be one of my favorite novels from now, I loved the way the author explains her characters in detail and interesting manner. The plot and story are very fun to read.
This book has very good writing, a unique story, the characters seem pretty good so far and I like the pacing. So far this seems like it will be on my list of really good Webnovel’s and if it ever costs spirit stones to unlock chapters I’ll pay for every single one. Hope this author gets support for his works and gets more recognition as he clearly puts in work to make his idea’s and execute them. A lot of stories and art today are just words and cliche but it’s stories like this that evoke the imagination that I consider to truly be a work of art. The story has only 50 chapters so far but I’m giving such a good review because this story has a good foundation and the author clearly loves it enough for me to have faith that it will continue to be good. I have depression and there’s not very many things I enjoy and so I have to thank this author for his passion.

That should be interesting."When I read the book, it's like the words are exploding everywhere or something! Call me dramatic, but i'm totally loving this book of yours.
