Story throws away the combat system after 100 chapters or so. Pretty much starts of with magic runes and turns into pokemon. It’s pretty much a complete different story after. (The entire cast just dissappears beSides the MC)The translation is also full of grammar and punctuation mistakes. Names can be translated or left in pinyin in the SAME sentence.
So what's the system role in this? I read up to chapter 68 and the system doesn't have any impact as of yet........................................
No matter how acceptable MC is, when 90% of the text are praises to MC money and possessions it's really not worth it. It's one thing when Sign In allows MC to be cool, it's entirely another when Sign In is cool and MC is simply attached to it.
good book so far, will update this review later on .. .. . ...............................
I don't know why people are giving it 1star but all I know is that I read it on mtl and I loved it... end of story.............................
Whoever translated this work did such a mediocre job that I'd rather read depressing obituaries. There is no flow and the pacing is off and the sentences don't make sense that it's clear to readers that the translations were done via google translate. If this work is a character in a novel, it's the trash drunkard that falls in a pile of dragon dung and then slips and drowns as he tries to clean himself in the river. And nobody would even realise he's missing.
HONEST REVIEW! Chapter 344The story is good this is a V-Tuber fic with characters taking on similar persona’s as the v-tubers we have now while staying original themselves.PLEASE NOTE: this story does not use IRL v-tubers but making OC’S using them as a reference. The author does really well with flushing out the character’s background and with explaining there reasons for there actions. The mc John is likeable and smart but at the same time shows that he has the qualities of a returnee that being culture shock, that and him wanting to reconnect with his family gives good character development overall. Now the cons of the book. While John is likeable in his attempt to take the normal route instead of using his overpowering abilities he tends to make light of a situation and in turn it comes back to bite him in the a**. The other characters tend to blame a lot if not everything on John to the point where you are not sure if it’s a joke or not anymore.Personally I feel john let’s people off with a smack on the wrist too much making some of the choices he makes annoying. Overall I loved the story even if something’s annoy me I can deal with it. -thank you author
1 star story development. MC has been there for years but once he got the system Enemies suddenly pops outs and starts messing with MC.They have years to get the garden when MC entered the sect. like i would imagine snaching from a newbie would be way easier right. Also it is protrayed that the Wang clan has this grand plan years in the making. Why don’t they get the garden when they had the chance?Story has a lot of plot holes.Translation is 2 stars as there’s some miss translation like Catties turned into tonne…Story background 2 stars cuz meh and it is drag down by the poorly thought out plotline.Character design is 2 stars cuz it’s MC starts learning into the trouble seeking MC category. we all know the problem with the trouble seeking MCs right?MC would deliberately be provocative inorder to drive the plot. Someone makes trouble? MC kills it! Then the master shows up to mess with the MC for killing deciple. It all happens simply because the MC simply cant be polite
Ahem.Don't look at me strangely... Nice storyline, hope you keep up the good work, and also improve along the way.
This book was one of my all time favor ites
When most apocalypse stories wrote about the Hero, this one wrote about the dungeon boss, the villainess that kills humans. However, with the MC (demon) betrayed by another Demon, this creates an interesting complex character that made me wonder where the story would lead. Smart unpredictable MC and great world-building, this story definitely worth reading.
