this book is really amazing. I literally got the chills while reading it. it's so exhilarating and thrilling just by reading it. this definitely needs to be made into a movie someday??

The entire novel felt like a fluffy, hyper-realistic embrace that was both enchanting and overwhelming, making you laugh uncontrollably – a delightful yet almost cloyingly sweet sensation, akin to living on dog treats for the rest of your days. The chemistry, tension, and playful flirting between the main characters were pure urban fairy tale material.

Tbf. The longest arc of the story lasts like 200 chapters. Then another for around 80 chapters. The ones before he becomes a Flagbearer is relatively short because it's really just him going around places making a name for himself.
Coming back to complain how this novel got me hooked on modern day school genre stuff. I can't find another novel like this with a system in modern day school setting that has romance, with sm*t being an added bonus.
Poison taste test: This novel is like having 10 shots of premium alcohol sitting on a table but 1 of them is rat poison. There is some very good stuff packed into this novel but not every sticks the landing. You’ll find some chapters are filled with weird song parodies of s*x euphemisms and jokes which are just cringe. Some of the MC’s actions are also super cringe, like straight up insulting women to their face attempting to pick em up. The author does this earlier in the novel because the MC is a beta virgin loser at the start, and got bad advice, but 200+ chapters later he still does it for one arc. Its like a relapse, MC loses 200+ chapters of development (authors fault/bad writing). Putting aside the bad, this novel has amazing sm*t, and also some very good advice/info mixed in with the bad ones. I overall enjoyed the novel it was well written besides the points above, author just forces jokes too much at times. I’d definitely recommend reading the novel just know it’s dropped.
