Fox here! and this is my totally unbiased review of this marvelous piece of work. I'll be focusing on two main points: story setting and character development. In terms of story setting, this is a spellbinding novel that follows the lives of four unlikely individuals, brought together by a royal contest to protect a princess.Each of the four competitors had a unique and complex backstory, and the author skillfully wove their stories together, creating a tapestry of action, adventure, and drama. The Princess is a distant figure, in the beginning of the story so far...which I'm not sure I like very much but her influence was felt throughout the story. The book is complex and intriguing, drawing readers in with its intricate plot and memorable characters. This book is a fascinating and unforgettable read, and it leaves readers eager to meet Thesra and learn more about her character.Character developmentThe characters seem very diverse and unique or at least let's say real! The four MC's for now: a so called traitor's son; Leomere. A dark man who is not as evil as he seems; Joz. A female warrior disguised as a man; moheazta(can't spell her name right lol). And a young prodigy with dangerous powers; Parele. The author has created a world that is familiar and strange and the characters are complex and multidimensional. It is a book that'll keep you hooked to your screen the whole day and keep you wanting more. Good job author! A very great upcoming book. I'm definitely following till the very end!Fox was here!
A 5 star review for the author.The book has decent grammar, a good plot, good writing and most importantly the mc is overpowered with a God like skill. I hope the story doesn't have any romance or harem though.Keep up the good work and go on..
Great story, dont listen to those saying synopsis is fake, its all a build up. For example latsdt chapter he got sword intent and also got the ability to talk to animals. Reccomdndd 10/10
Hello fellow book lovers, I decided since webnovel wasn't going to update this novel I would. This is not a translation and I take no credit for this story, but I've read it in its entirety so I thought I would share it with all of you. I am mostly just fixing the pronouns and the names that are incorrect in a mtl site so if i mess up with any of the spelling, feel free to let me know and I will fix it. I know right now it's nothing new and webnovel has already translated 60 chapters but please bear with me until I can move them here. I will start chapter 61-80 today hopefully but life may get in my way. I will be posting atleast 20 chapters a day though so don't worry about cliffhangers. This was a long note but I hope you all enjoy the journey in the novel with me.
This is an amazing new book by a wonderful author. it's quite an interesting take and on being transported into a different world and the resulting "fun" that comes with it.
While the story is good, when I watch maybe more than 100-130 chapters, I kinda felt bored when they are in a WW2 situation which I felt I'm loosing my interest in the book and also author you really need to name your latest chapters, it is one of the reason why I'm starting to loose my interest
Ugh.. this novel is a rather poor all-rounder. I didn't like anything in it. It's one of these novels that doesn't give you any impression and you forget about it after a couple of days.
I'd say go for it ... before deciding if it's worth your time ?.yes mc works for crown prince (who is a woman) but kingdom also supports mc.world background is not much explained ~ is it a martial arts world ~ is it a cultivation world (this seems more likely)~ what type of characters live in it. Humans and demons perhaps..writing quality & translation quality are quite good ??
Don't read this novel if you're looking for something unique or interesting. This novel is just to pass time. It's a wish-fulfillment novel with a little twist. The author doesn't go hard on your usual irritation tropes. ie, young master trope, everyone is evil except the mc trope. You name it. The mc has a system to collect corpses and he gets rewarded for collecting corpses. The higher cultivation of the corpse the better the reward, and vice versa. The mc pretty much goes through all the realms and reaches 9th realm in less than 60 sum chapters. The cultivation in this novel doesn't mean much. There's nothing unique with cultivation. As long as your realm is higher then that's all it matters. The author loves to make up names for the cultivation realms. In chapter 73, we're already introduced to about 14-17 realms. The world-building and pacing are horrible. As I said, the mc has no bottlenecks and just power through cultivation like it's nothing. The mc doesn't even cultivate, the author will make the mc breakthrough into the next realm when it's convenient for the plot. As for world-building, we're introduced to the Divine Transformation realm cultivators are the powerhouse for the current area the mc is at. Suddenly, we meet people who are Heavenly realm and they are considered ants in the actual cultivation world. The funniest thing is that the Heavenly realm is the 9th realm. The power system is just all over the place. We're not even introduced to a basic explanation of the world powers by the author. How do cultivators get power? Where do they get the power from? And how does the power influence them? Instead, the author expects anyone who reads this novel to already know the basics of any xuanhuan novel.Overall, don't take this novel seriously. It's just a wish-fulfillment novel with a little twist of the mc's golden finger. The best way to read this novel is to just skim. Enjoyment Score: 6/10 or 3/5!

Low-mid tier novel at best. If you’re looking for a wimp mc who has no control of his own fate, only a pawn, an incompetent mc, with nothing special about him then this novel is perfect for you.
