This story brings too much nostalgia to me. It has a cliche theme but it really caught my attention? Though the author must pay attention to the usage of some words, it didn't fully affect the story anyway.

Although I struggle with reviewing, especially due to my limited English proficiency, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on this story. Surprisingly, I have started reading the webtoon despite being unable to understand the language - I'm just that captivated by it.
During the initial stages, I took a break from the novel for a few months, only picking it up again to read a chapter every week. It wasn't because the story was lacking; quite the contrary, I cherished it so much that I wanted to savor each installment slowly, delaying the inevitable conclusion. This demonstrates just how much affection I have for this remarkable tale.
This author is definitely one of my favorites! Another fantastic novel by them features a male lead. The main character, a laid-back dragon, roams through various worlds in pursuit of amusement. I appreciate the chill vibe, and the distinct stories in each world are elevated by the MC's regal yet carefree demeanor, making for an intriguing read. It's quite surprising that none of this author's works have been fully translated; they truly offer a delightful literary experience.
I wished I could provide a more extensive critique delving into the aspects I didn't enjoy, but I'll keep it brief to maintain my composure. Let me focus on the problematic relationships that left a sour taste.
Initially, the first ten chapters captivated me, evoking emotional responses as I connected with the protagonist's struggles. Violet's journey seemed promising, with me hoping she'd find her happily-ever-after. However, as the story unfolded, I sensed a predictable trajectory, despite my ability to endure poorly written or intense narratives.
The father, Violet's brothers, and their actions genuinely frustrated me. I decided against reading further, as I could tell there was no redemption in sight for them. The father, for instance, ignored Violet's clear wishes, even after a slap-on-the-wrist punishment, continually intruding and causing discomfort. His lack of empathy and apparent apathy made him unbearable. His request for her painting solely to impress the king showed a callousness that bordered on absurdity.
The eldest brother's violent behavior towards Violet for a distant cousin was reprehensible. He merited countless slaps for his actions.
The second brother's attempts to "rebuild" their relationship felt manipulative and insincere. Despite Violet's rejection, he continued to cause distress, seemingly seeking validation rather than genuine remorse. His inclusion of Aileen, who had negatively impacted Violet's life, further showcased the family's collective lack of empathy.
What infuriated me the most was the prediction that Violet would forgive those who had wronged her. It's disheartening to see her stay in a toxic environment, potentially worsening her mental health. Had the story ended differently, like Karina's Last Days or with her fleeing for independence, it might have been a more satisfying read. Unfortunately, this novel left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
Kind of a random chapter to wait for. Mind me asking why ch470 in particular?
Someone already mentioned this, but after Chapter 300, the quality of the novel took a sharp downturn. It's almost as if the chapters before and after Chapter 300 were written by different authors.

His interactions with her are kinda strange but at least she's a doll. Not sure if she's "that" kind of doll to him yet though lol
Bro, you are taking this novel way too seriously. This is obviously a novel best skimmed and read seriously when you find a part that looks interesting and then continue skimming. There are some novels like this, try it out and I bet you will find this one and many more palatable. ?
