There's so much going on beneath the surface of these chapters, and I want to unpack some of the themes and symbols that the author is weaving through the narrative. The most obvious symbol is kneeling. Yan Changye's refusal to kneel — his declaration that a democratic government doesn't practice kneeling — is both a literal plot point and a massive thematic statement. The entire family structure is built on hierarchy and submission, and Liu Xiyin's modern sensibilities (and Yan Changye's political positioning) are actively dismantling that. When Yan Changzhuo is forced to kneel and serve tea, it's not just a personal defeat — it's the old order being publicly humiliated. But the deeper symbol is the gramophone itself. It represents knowledge, technology, and power — all the things that Liu Xiyin possesses that the people around her don't understand. She saved a foreign scientist, she has access to advanced technology, she can communicate with the outside world. The gramophone is a physical manifestation of her secret identity, her hidden capabilities, her role as someone who operates on a different level than everyone else in this mansion. Then there's Professor Wanka as a symbol of the intellectual elite — the kind of person who could make or break reputations with a single endorsement. Liu Xiyin's relationship with him represents her connection to a world beyond this封闭的 family system. She's not just a countryside girl married into a powerful family; she's a scientist, a researcher, someone with international standing. The explosives at the end introduce another layer of symbolism — the idea that the foundations of this family (and this society) are literally rigged to explode. The old order is under threat from external forces, and the family's internal squabbles seem almost trivial in comparison. The theme of hidden dangers — both within the family (Song Mei'er's scheming) and outside it (the assassins) — runs throughout these chapters. And Liu Xiyin's mind-reading ability itself is a powerful metaphor for the ultimate advantage of knowledge. She knows what everyone is thinking, which means she's always three steps ahead. In a world where information is power, she holds all the cards.
Author please end the story for Joshua with Luna and start the sequels for Jim with Bonnie or Luke with Gwen
omg....updated again.........looks like no ending this kind of stories. always revenge. no moral support... wasting time, effort and money ......to the author of this stories pls. think also. I'm so disappointed i think i need to delete this apps .........
it is an affront for this book to have that title. the guy is a psychopath, an evil creature, tortures, kidnaps, rapes the girl, and the author calls it love? how many chapters are left to finish this saga of mental illness? for the love of god that this character has dignity and doesn't stay with t
Excellent so far, please complete the story can't wait ...
