Not my cup of tea, to say the least...I found The Novel's Extra quite addicting by the time I stumbled across it. Although addicting I dont think it should win any awards or anything or the story should be immortalized, it had its fair share of misha** and errors but its still good nontheless for me and many others. The concept of an author being placed in his own novel mostly as a side character was such an amazing idea to me that I went hunting for other kinds of novels with such concept. Albeit some were good I'd say a lot were mediocre or just plain bad. I mean no offense saying this, but this doesnt really scratch that 'amazing' novel itch ive been wanting to scratch since finishing TNE. Its not good but its not bad....just meh, this novel is just another time killer for me during quarantine. But hey I decided to drop this pretty early in the story. I may regret it or I may not, who knows?Thank you for your effort author but it isnt for me. Hopefully many others will see this novel and decide to stick around longer than I had. If you are looking for a story without the usual cliches then this story is for you. There are no face slapping, young master BS, killing because of the slightest grievances to the MC or annoying love plots.This story is set in modern times in an alternate earth where another world is merging with earth, causing space channels to open up, allowing powerful gods and their followers to invade earth. Our MC is a high schooler who stumbles across an OP knowledge artifact from the other world that eventually pushes him to be earth's top warrior.This is probably the most chill MC that I've ever read. No real ambition besides his family safety and surviving the invasion. No harem. I enjoyed this story so much I finished the raws. I liked the ending, although it probably could have been better.Note: Being a modern story written by a Chinese, there is some nationalism that is there but does not necessarily affect readability or enjoyment of the story.
Please find the time to continue the story as it is one of the best cultivition novels i found on webnovel. Great story great work and goodday

Why is LITERALLY EVERY CHAPTER a information dump on things that don't make sense or we don't even need to know. I'm on Chap 19 and the mc is still in training to get his class. I recently started skipping the information dump paragraphs and realized that there is only 2-3 paragraphs in every chapter where the story actually progresses...wtf
One of the best novels I have read on the site so far. Also one of the only novels with the comedy tag that actually made me giggle. I love every word I have read so far, and the witty dialogue is incredibly fun. I would die for Sir Blob, don't kill or leave him or I will drop instantly. Not really though it's too good so far. Time to play with slime.
