The protagonist's sole desire is to return to the real world, as the love interests in the harem develop feelings for him. Characters extend leniency to would-be assassins, displaying hypocrisy and one-dimensionality.
You are right if the manhwa changes the novel (most of these changes are bad) but if it's a 1 to 1 adaptation you have no reason to not like it obviously I'm not talking about the manhwas that adapt the novel in a sh*tty way
