Let me first start with male lead.
Draven- this devil got me when he stripped FL’s clothes and left her naked to check a mark on her. He is cold and emotionaless but I can’t seem to hate him. Someone with immortal life and living for thousands of years with lost memories and have no clue of his own origin, makes me forgive him.
Morpheus- the second male lead. I simply love this shapeshifter eagle. He is cool, sly, caring and loving. I love the way he and Draven mocks each other. Though he has alterior motives with FL, i just love him.
Ember- Human or witch or something else. I am so curious to know how she is related to Draven’s past and the woman in his dreams. If she helps him regain his memories. Whether he sends her among humans or keep her with him when humans are not allowed in his kingdom. How she manages to summon the devil to save her. CURIOUS ABOUT HER TRUE IDENTITY.
World- it’s a fairy tale world full of all kind of supernaturals from elves, witches, fairies, shapshifters. the reference images author provides, makes me jump into that world.
Lastly, I look forward to reading more becaue it doesn’t look like any other romance novels where ML and FL starts feeling attacted towards each other in just first meeting without any reason. This story has a strong base and reasons just like the first book of the series and this is what I love about this author.

Not worth. It’s basically mtl and I can hardly understand what the story is hoping to accomplish. I thought it would be fun to see another lazy system, but this guy seems very scheming and not lazy. Uncle-grandmaster is still the ultimate lazy novel

Probably one of the best novel, i read. I love the character as he kinda have relatable trait with me or even with other. While the system is good too, remind me of Raphael in Tensura (slime). But, talking about the writing style, this is surprisingly simple but caught all the detail i need. adding this into my collections, couldn't wait you update it, i just read 4 but i will do it more later. Reading the synosis, I knew this was definitely my kind of book and so far from what I have read, I’m quite impressed. I love the plot, the description is also good. I recommend this book.
Star Gate, Finally This novel is on Translation.. i have read the whole book in MTL. It was an amazing experience for me... Mc is Smart Calculative and Decisive.. I love the story... It has good amount of Mysteries, Good amount of exploring Ancient Ruins and such, Great Characters, It has a amazing world background..It is connected to Author's previous Two Books and If you read the previous works of the author you will love this too.. its not just a Reference to his previous novel but the whole universe is same for the 3novels.. Man i love the Avengers level Crossovers... To give a overall Perspective This book's Mc is in the Present... And Author's Previous Two Mc's one represent Past & one Represent Future.. This Is the story where these Past, Present & Future Connect together.. Well this Novel was the No1 Novel In Qidian Leaderboard for many Months in 2021-2022.. so you should give it a try for that.. Well In MTL it was "Star Gate".. The English name kinda bother me a bit?? hope they used proper terms to translate the story..
The book is pretty good, the grammar and general use of English could be improved but overall, the book is a nice read. Firstly the MC is intelligent, he uses his advantages properly and knows when to avoid unfavorable situations. The MC isn’t a pervert which is very refreshing, the female characters are also not unreasonably in love with him nor do they drop their pants in heat as many perverted authors like to write. The flow of the story itself is well grounded and based on logic, apart from the necessary plot points where MC is given certain powers for free for the sake of the plot.
The MC himself is an individual who follows the eye for an eye rule, he also does so logically and not the “you disrespected me so i will murder eighteen generations of your family” way. This is a nice break from the usual cliche in most novels of this genre. The EQ of the MC is not low although the MC ignores incidents where female characters show interest in him. I am not certain if this novel will have a love interest but I am enjoying it nonetheless. The character emotions of the MC are also fairly fleshed out, showing a dynamic range of reactions and emotions. The MC does not forget his past life and ‘become’ the new person, instead he remains as himself but hides his past life from others which is nice because I dislike when an MC forgets their old life to embrace the new, in reality no one could just ignore their old lives like that and most people would be apprehensive about abandoning their persona like that. If they can abandon it so easily then they are a shallow person.
The side-characters are also not NPCs, they show emotions and contemplation as well as self reflection and self improvement. When faced with a challenging situation some of them change and decide to become better, others cower in fear and properly give up on making trouble. This is a wonderful development process because it is far more true to life, unlike how in other novels the side-characters hold onto grudges even till death, even grudges borne from small matters.
The world development is fairly good, no real information has been provided about where exactly the MC is in the world, it mostly information about the close proximity of the MC. I.e the author has indeed described the community the MC lives in but hasn’t talked about countries or continents or anything like that. This is actually not a bad situation and you don’t particularly notice it.
Overall, the book is well worth your time. A majority of individuals who read it will enjoy the it.
