I've seen that the author has said that the first 14 chapters of the second book is up but I can't see it. Does anyone know where to find it or whats happened?

The story is great so far, unfortunately it seems to be an abandoned book at 45 chapters. It hasn’t been updated in over a year. 6/23
the book didn't even have an ending. it repeated the same chapter 3 times and then the story left you hanging. it started out good but got confusing.
