The author struck a perfect balance needed for a story with an OP MC! Carnage and gore is a huge theme and no side character is safe! So the MC is a lich (aka the peak of op-ness), but the secondary character, the one with enough potential to have been a main character in something more classic, is a boy named Ryan. This kid has it all: A rare darkness affinity, undead teacher, coincidental encounters with every major character, a romantic love interest. Basically, he's the epicenter of the plot. However, setting it from the perspective of the Lich removed clicheness and offered far more perspective. I love the way this is being done.Furthermore, I really love how the magic system is so intuitive! Nothing is explained in an info dump yet I completely understand! We can just skip all that boring stuff and go right to the CARNAGE!!!!Oh yeah! Every minor character seems like a legit person that could develop into a major character or villain (even though they are usually ground into meat paste in the next sentence). Hahaha!WARNINGS:-copious amounts of blood and gore-1 r*pe scene-horses getting killed by pocket-nukeThis might be the 2nd best review I've ever given. Hidden gem indeed. The only problem I have is that the POV switches are more conducive to an update schedule and not a binge like what I just did.
I’m only on chapter 12, but….. this book has been and looks like it will be the book that I have been waiting for. Years have gone by and this is basically the book that I have been hoping and dreaming would one day be written. I love it. I’ll write another review later on the actual writing and how the book ends up but I had to put this out there with how excited I was
I'm loving the story's character development and world-building. I'm looking forward to what's the story will turn out. Kudos to the writer.
When I first started to read this novel, I was really enjoying it. The premise was overused but not too over the top. There were a lot of regular cliche's like "trash young master" and "reincarnated with past memories
This book is amazing, keep going! Can't stop reading. Can't wait to see more. Do you have any social media that I can follow so I can know when you gonna update?
This is translation review, not novel review. If you are not familiar with it, webnovel has started westernizing most of the novels in 2021. This is awful practice that kills original novel. At best you get only names, places and organizations westernized and at worst you get half novel gutted and other half totally rewritten by translator. With best case scenario you get only names, places and organizations westernized which introduces plotholes cause while names are westernized, actual writing and character culture arent. You get chinese way of thinking, chinese places and organizations translated into most famous western (USA) alternatives and as a result you see absurdity. And with the worst case scenario, you are not actually reading original authors work, but some "translators" plagiarization cause half novel is removed (sometimes critical explanations) and other half is badly rewritten. And cause this requires so much work compared to normal translation, either webnovel is stealing original authors work and rewriting it (cause most of those novels dont come from qidian) or they are just using translators that dont know chinese so they are rewriting story with help of MTL (seen too many edited MTL translations lately on webnovel). overall any westernized novel deserves automatic 1 star review.
Really great read! Read up till chapter 60 and looking forward to reading more. No racism first of all. Second of all, protagonist is very intelligent and practical. He knows his limits and adapts perfectly to the prehistoric world while using his knowledge of the modern world to it's limits.
Calling this garbage is an insult to the word garbage. this author is a 3rd rate writer with zero talent or creativity. the only thing he might be good at is boot licking his country's autocratic government that does horrible things like arresting women that dissent against their government and then systematically r@ping them, forced labour, strictly controlled media to hide their revolting actions e.t.c. WARNING: Great probability of racism in later chapters
Although I feel like everyone and their mom has an Emporer called Kong ming. The author has a vivid imagination and and I am expecting more from this novel because writing novels like this need something to set it apart
This is very unique. There's always something to look forward in every chapter. I also can't help but laugh most of the time. I actually read it in one go hahahah Thank you for writing an amazing story, I'm very lucky to read this masterpiece.
Not my cup of tea since I’ve already matured from the naïveté of these type of novels. I doubt this will be chosen. There’s nothing really interesting about this, just feels like another replica of the same degenerative novels that doesn’t specify on a true reality, even if it’s fiction. Don’t bullshit me, just read My Extraordinary Achievements, for a “better” version of this novel.
Love love loveLove LoveIt was amazing I sure anyone and everyone with a brain will love this story ????? it's perfect if you ask me some of the best I ever read that's why I love love love ❤️?❤️? ❤️?❤️ this comic
