I really enjoy the novel, but I find the slow update pace quite disappointing. The story progresses at such a leisurely pace that it's frustrating to read only a few chapters every couple of weeks. I suggest you save it for later or add it to your list, and perhaps revisit it in a few years when it might have reached its conclusion.

The concept of a "salted fish" main character, someone seemingly lazy yet unexpectedly powerful, usually appeals to me. However, in this case, the protagonist lacks the typical growth or comedic misunderstandings that make such characters engaging.
The story starts with the expected awe from customers, but after revealing his invincibility, it becomes stagnant. There's no further conflict or antagonist to challenge him, and his god-like status renders any potential drama obsolete. Even the business aspect fails to captivate, as product introductions lose novelty, and the main character's personal development is slow and underwhelming.
The book feels like watching someone play a repetitive game without any real narrative progression. The author could have explored different aspects, like game development or the creation of a webnovel, but instead, these threads are consistently pushed back, making the reading experience monotonous.
In summary, the pace is glacial, there's no tension, and other elements like romance are virtually nonexistent. At this point, I'm unsure if I'll continue, as the book offers little incentive to finish. It's just too lukewarm and lacks the excitement needed to sustain interest.
This is absolutely fantastic! It's a pity I discovered it before the full translation was finished, as there are some parts where the translation isn't perfect. Nevertheless, it's truly exceptional! However, do note that it's a slow-burning romance, so if you're looking for early on甜蜜情节, this might not be your cup of tea. It's an intense and captivating "enemies to lovers" story filled with palpable hostility between the characters. I'm really enjoying it!
