actually the story is boring at first but later on your going to see it's getting trill and amazing...

Okay so let me back up because this detail matters more than I initially thought. When Li Luo first sees Qin Mian at the train station and thinks 'My goodness, he's so handsome' paired with her current looks it 'felt like a crime against heaven'—that's not just vanity, that's grief. She's mourning the person she used to be. The girl who was slender, who could walk through a crowd without drawing stares, who probably had a life before all this. And then there's this moment in Chapter 2 where she's washing clothes by the well and Han Qiuyu splashes water on her, and Li Luo's internal monologue is 'As if you didn't do it on purpose' but she still chooses kindness. That's not weakness, that's her deciding who she wants to be in this new body. The original owner of this body was lazy, greedy, quarrelsome—and Li Luo is actively trying to become someone better. But the emotional core I can't stop thinking about is Qin Mian. He's furious about the arranged marriage, he called his father threatening to sever ties, he treats Li Luo with cold contempt from the very first line: 'You really dare to come!' And yet. He leaves breakfast warming on the stove. He fixes the light cord. He comes home with two quilts. The man is clearly not the cold monster he's trying to appear as. That scene where he follows her because he suspects she's stealing, sees her come out of the shop 'beaming, practically bouncing,' and then covers his eyes because her jiggling body is an 'eyesore'—that's not hatred. That's a man who doesn't know how to process the fact that his wife might actually be changing. The tension between them is electric and I am here for it.
