Omg!! This novel was so refreshing ! It’s really funny and flips the script in a typical web novel. The characters are the opposite of the archetype you would expect and it’s so far very comedic and refreshing, I was even crying by the end from laughing... yea totally from laughing not allergies.. or my eyes being dry from to long in front of the screen and feeling like hard boiled eggs.. totally not!!! But yeah even some of the cultivation methods or ways to earn things from the system I was surprised by, it was really funny and light hearted but sometimes these novels are really good at the beginning but taper off, hopefully that’s not the case here! Yeah overall the novel flips the typical tropes in Wuxia web-novels of one dimensional villains and it’s very funny and his system is hilariously black hearted in its missions. ???———SPOILER ALERT———???in the words of the main character: “It melted the instant he put it in his mouth and tasted fairly similar to peppermint drops, having a sweet and refreshing flavor.‘Mmm, it tastes good,’ An Lin nodded in admiration.Xu Xiaolan forcefully held in her laughter. ‘How do you feel right now?’ she asked expectantly.‘I don't really feel anything. I have huge expectations from this one! Around 1500 chapters and a 4.5+ rating from almost 1300 votes ( probably. Didn't understood the table.) Author himself is a 5 star guy. I did read a few chapters but dropped it due to personal issues. Firstly, it's a system novel. Yup, the system. And system novels are rarely bad. You need just another level of talent to make system novels bad. It has lots of buddhist stuff and MC starts as a handler (?) / guardian of some temple. But since I stopped around ch 10, I don't have much idea what happens later. My friends have read the whole thing and according to them it's a 'Definite Read.' And they are very choosy. So yeah, fingers crossed. So for the first time... I am rating a novel with no translation with 5. Plus it's Cktalon.. He's awesome. Lol. Will put a proper review after 250+ chapters.
The story is good and its not rush... I especially like how the MC interacts with his Father... at first I thought that this story will be like his other novel, Overpowered MC with no goal xD... but boy I was wrong... I like this novel very much and also the other novel of yours especially his little wife Ellise personality is really interesting xD
This time I couldn’t finish to 60. Not worth it man. The nonsensical pace is ridiculous. I don’t mind the MC “pure” but he’s not very intelligent and always behaves heroically unnecessarily. I’m not surprised if there’s even a Reverse Rape a long the way...
Author, please stop rewriting the story and make it larger with more chapters it doesn't really matter about the rest. I know you may be saying its not good enough but trust me it is

if you like a MC who is always crippled or too weak to fight against his enemies, chickens out and makes random reason then this novel is for you.MC is neither smart nor strong with conflicting personalities and quite pathetic, author is banking on audience who likes underdogs to win fights with schemes but the thing is those are not his schemes he's just a slave pawn and consoling himself that he helped.
Can’t wait yo read something that’s different from the normal ‘ahhhhh you have offended me by doing what’s right i shall destroy you and your family’ crap ?Lol don’t get me wrong I love it but too much of a good think kinda becomes a bad thing.So thumbs up to qidian for switching things up a bit.
