Great novel! Very well written. One of the better ones ive read on this site. The only bad thing is a bit of excessive and unwarranted simping from the MC towards the FMC during certain parts of the book. It was a bit frustrating to read. But i really recommend this book. ****

I read 18 and I can tell you, it's not proper cultivation novel, more like a setting, it is not main focus. Scheming and political bullshit is main fucus and harem. Novel writing is good. Best described as slice of life with base biulding and mini adventures with with very distant cultivation setting in background.

not really, the armour was originally the Bones of a powerful demon. And the power of the armour was borrowed from it, and the requirements for using the armor is pretty strict, you have to have the blood of a demon in you to use it, and using the armour hasten the awakening of that demon blood, so the user will turn to demon. And the reason the bodies of the dead user are just random demon are because the real bodies are used to nourish and repair the armour.
