Raising his hand, a long arm of darkness from the shadows reached out and grabbed Gargos' tail. With one pull, the arm threw Gargos back on the ground. Several more dark arms emerged from the shadows and entangled the Allosaur chieftain, restraining him.
I have a problem with this novel. There isn't just enough chapters, I practically read everything here in one go. so please more of this novel. I can't think of having too much of this novel from what I have read so far
"En! You are a very forward girl, Sister Ying! I didn't know you had it in you!" Zhi exclaimed greatly amused.
"Lights of a sleepless Kolea!"
Now that he had cleared all this up, it took him only a big breath to bring the calm back to himself and return his attention to what was around him.
At that, Ponzu's face paled a bit. "Er...I'm sorry, I forgot. By the time I remembered, everything had been eaten, and I couldn't use the kitchens again."
The Smiling Demon let out an understanding hum that almost sounded like an absent moan, and Sara began to eye her guest warily as the woman began to steadily creep closer to her.
I'm still processing the emotional weight of this chapter and I need to just sit with it for a moment. The scene where Ju Liancheng tells Pei Nai how she died—leading troops at the Battle of the Cliff Valley, bringing the Northern Pursuit Spear back into the world, choosing to perish together with the enemy general Tuoba Huo to reduce casualties—this is supposed to be information delivery, right? But it reads like a eulogy. The author writes it so matter-of-factly that it hits you like a freight train. And Pei Nai's reaction? 'Was I really that amazing?' Just that quiet, almost shy question. After a lifetime of war, after sacrificing everything for her country, she's sitting in a stranger's body asking if she was impressive. That's not humility—that's grief. She's grieving the person she was, the life she lost, the recognition she never got to fully process because she was too busy dying. But the emotional gut-punch comes from Ju Liancheng's face. 'His lips twitched slightly, his face stiff.' He's delivering the news of her death the way someone reads a weather report, but his body is betraying him. This boy—who she dressed up as a girl, who she tried to mother because she had no children of her own—is the one who has to tell her how she died. And he remembers everything about it. Every detail. Every emotion. Ten years of carrying that memory alone. Then there's the Admonitions for Women scene at the end, and I just—how do you process a woman who was scolded for being too proud, too unruly, too much of a disgrace to the Gu family, and we know she was literally the most honorable person in the entire story? The former Marchioness wanted her to memorize a book about female submission, and Pei Nai nearly threw it in her face. That moment of defiance, that refusal to be diminished—it's the same Pei Nai who died on the battlefield. She never changed. She just got trapped in a body that the world expected to be quiet and obedient. That's not just a plot point; that's a statement about how women's worth is measured, and it made me genuinely angry on her behalf.
This is the best novel that I have read. The part of the kibgdom buildibg is really great, but there is sone issues in my opinion. First of all, there is more granmatical errors in the last chapters that you have released and they are pretty obvious for me even though english is not my first langage. Secondly, I was a bit taken back by the reaction of henry after his last battle. He was feeling full guilty even though it was not his fault and he was almost dead because of the magician. He has even asked before his subordinate if he has upgraded his kingdom. That’s a lot out of his character and this is showing a very stupid weakness that does not make sense. Before him, his kingdom was trash and now his kingdom is triving because of him. Thirdly, I think henry gave too much importance on earth war strategies and not enough importance for his mana cultivation. Even with the best strategy of the world, it does not mean a thing if his ennemy is like Luna and can crush him like a bug. Also, to conquer the world, it takes a long time and mana cultivation can increase his lifespan a lot. That would give enough time for henry to conquer the world. Also, after his defeat, henry has not even constated that his defeat was due to his lack of mana power and he has only blamed himself like a weak man compared to his old self. Finaly, I have read the last review and I also don’t think that is possible to finish this story with 350 chapters. In my estimate, the novel would have 1000 chapters or at least 700-800 chapters. Please author, don’t ruin the potential of the story just to finish it early.
I GIVE THIS BOOK A 5.0 RATING SO FAR. Coming from my old account reading from Loki's successor . GREAT. WORK. so far in my opinion.writing is excellent and plot is getting more intense as the story increases. Will be reading everytime you post
"I'm looking for the gym. I don't think I've been to this place. I guess I'm lost." I replied.
