Godou could only return to waiting silently, the new knowledge occupying his thoughts. He had been told that Heretic Gods were treated like natural disasters, but even his own encounters with them seemed unreal. The other times he could try to avert his eyes from the damages, but what was described by miss Charlton rocked that view. Sure, dead couldn't be undone but death was inevitable and could be rationalized. Transformation into animals could not.
Me:wanna make it fun
He jolted by the sudden contact and looked back as a small monkey appeared in front of him.
"Officer... what should I do to get him released? If he is not working then he couldn't put food on our table," Yeon Joo said while sobbing her heart content.
'Askladan, send your warband and secure our northern flank. Hagar line your men up behind them and form the rearguard.' Brenjulf began distributing his orders as best he could. Nobody questioned him. They received their orders and saw to their own men. Pretty soon there was a solidly built battle line. The reserve forces remained in the rear with the king. The southern flank began curving its formation around to worry at the southern flanks of the Åscatorians. It was a solid battle plan. Draw attention away from the burgh. Hold the shield wall while preventing encirclement and allow Pyrelig to form his own shield wall behind them. He'd thought about this tactic as being akin to a great anvil. The Åscatorians would be the metal ingot ready to be smithed and Pyrelig's men would be the mighty hammer ready to drive home into the softened surface of the enemy. He doubted he was the first one to make such a connection, but he liked to think of himself as a little profound all the same.
The orc lord raged at the lost of his glaive and angrily threw punches at me. dodging the rapid punches I grab one of his arms and broke it. shocked by his broken arm the orc lord stopped. taking that opportunity I grabbed his head then snapped it. all I had to do now was to finish off the orc warriors. The rest Of the Orc's froze from the death of their leader. Smirking I rushed towards them with lightning speed.
"I think our children are growing too fast." Ryan said, pressing his nose on my cheek.
Rongrong puts her hand on her shoulder as she starts to explain, "Nothing really, he found out that our friends needed his help so he is on his way to help them." Feng Cai'er nodded her head as she understood this.
"It's ok! I mean, I'm used to it. And it's not good socializing with people too much because of my job, yeah? It's pretty dangerous!" said Dan while tapping a rhythmically on the counter and smiling.
"Alone?" I asked Juliet.
