I'm not a fan of fantasy books but after reading I love the characters. especially the supporting roles Jared, Chris and Maya

Awarding a low score just because it's a harem or because the main character (MC) acts like a villain is utterly ridiculous. Read the damn tags and title. It shouldn't be surprising that the MC treats the women as targets to be tamed, unless you have an IQ at room temperature. It also shouldn't be surprising that women act a certain way to please the man they like, except perhaps to a specific reviewer who seems to be the pot calling the kettle black.
The story is commendable, but personally, I find it slightly monotonous. Perhaps the face-slapping scenes aren't as engaging as those in other novels of its genre, and the pacing seems sluggish. However, there are unexpected twists throughout the narrative.
To provide context, Qi Nan was adopted by the Qi family when he was three, only to be abandoned due to financial constraints. He encounters the protagonist's mother and eventually, she decides to support him without adopting him legally. It's MC who initially suggests Qi Nan join the Qi family. They form strong bonds with both MC and MC's older brother.
However, at around 15 or 16, Qi Nan's biological mother requests his return, citing her illness. He leaves the Qi family to be with her.
There's more to the story: Qi Nan has a twin brother, Yan Anxu, and a half-brother, Yan Mingqian. Their stepfather faces a complex business issue, prompting the family to ask Qi Nan to return for help. Despite his guilt, Qi Nan hesitates. Yan Anxu, taking Qi Nan's identity, steps in. Instead of seeking assistance, he enters the entertainment industry with the aim of finding financial independence.
In the first chapter, the character we meet is actually Yan Anxu, not the real Qi Nan. The love interest's reality is gradually revealed as the story progresses.
Additionally, the protagonist suffers from amnesia due to his adoptive parents' treatment, and he discovers that his adoptive sister is also a victim of abuse. Surprisingly, she isn't their biological child either.
These plot developments add complexity and intrigue to an otherwise potentially dull storyline.

Title says "EXTRAAAAAA" but lemme guess.. later on our MC will be revealed to be either a Regressor/BlessedByGod/TheGodHimself or maybe an Ancestor/Primogenitor midway of the story. lol
