Deathlock
Hello everyone.
For those who had requested for Rico's story, he we are. I hope you will love it.
Thank you.
Can we get an update please?!!!
very good book!!! awesome read
This is a light-hearted smut novel with an engaging character, Geum Taeyang, who shares similarities with Rance from the Rance series. Fans of Rance would likely find it enjoyable, despite Taeyang's less-than-heroic nature. He's unapologetically self-centered and driven by desire, often involving himself in morally ambiguous situations. However, his wit and unexpected wholesomeness towards his harem add depth to his persona, preventing him from being completely despised.
It's important to note that this book isn't for those seeking a conventional romance or a heartwarming tale. It delves into the "Netori" theme, focusing on the protagonist stealing women who are already committed. If you反感 this theme, it's best to avoid it altogether, as it's not the intended audience.
For those who can appreciate morally gray characters, enjoy a good laugh, and are open to explicit content, this could be a guilty pleasure read. But be cautious, as Taeyang's antics may not resonate with everyone. Lastly, the reviewer's claim about a memory loss plot seems unrelated, as they seem to have misunderstood the story – they might have been reviewing a different manga.
To begin with, I thoroughly enjoyed the novel. The main character (MC) stands out as an independent and logical woman, seeing the world as it truly is. She relies on her strong mental resilience rather than any extraordinary abilities or cheat systems. Despite being the protagonist, her imperfections and the challenges she faces balance her "主角光环."
One aspect I appreciate is the absence of a love interest (ML) so far, which keeps the focus on her personal growth without unnecessary romantic subplots. The MC effectively uses her resources, even when playing supporting roles and adhering to the rules of different planes, making for compelling storytelling.
The critique of clichés and the impact of other characters' storylines is an enjoyable read. As someone who primarily reads for entertainment, I don't delve deep into underlying themes or plot intricacies, but I can confirm that the exaggerated clichés serve a purpose, which is later revealed through the system.
The plot may be slow-paced, but it's worth persevering through the first arc, as opinions may vary. My favorite part was the arc where the MC took on a unique task and became a female lead, thanks to her brilliant strategy in avoiding a rape situation, which was both hilarious and satisfying.
Overall, I recommend giving the novel a chance, especially for those who enjoy character-driven stories with a touch of humor. It may not be for everyone, but there's plenty to appreciate for those who appreciate a well-rounded plot and engaging characters.
He changed it. Wtf does it matter anymore?
No don't compare him to those other guys especially Chu Kuangren he just has a normal gacha system this one has a guaranteed pull rate
This huck is here to help ??
When does she loose the leash???
Honestly all the stories I’ve read so far are interesting and the twist are always well executed. Give it a read, you have nothing to lose, the first story finishes after the first chapter.
For those who are saying about zombies are unnecessary, it's because it's secretly a magic world. Like there are cultivators, ninjas, magicians, ghost and another creatures hidden in the world. Normal people like us couldn't feel them or see but Gu Ning can cause she has powers. And later, she'll also become one of the cultivators. Her boyfriend also is a cultivator but he also didn't know it earlier
Did you read it? My quess is no.
