OK another awesome book by this fantastic writer!!! I can't wait for the next update! these two are amazing ...
good book interesting title.
The narrative is engaging with well-structured chapters that serve specific purposes. The pacing avoids tedious villain developments, which can be a refreshing change. The female protagonist has moments of comedic charm, but her character development could benefit from some refinement. A spoiler: Her character's trajectory took an unexpected turn when she became pregnant.
On a positive note, the conclusion provided a satisfying end, as per my perspective. However, there were a few inconsistencies: a spoiler – the male lead impregnating her during an astral state felt implausible, and despite understandable reasons for not explaining, it left room for confusion. Additionally, the revelation of her transmigration, while explaining her knowledge, felt somewhat unnecessary at times. The plot could have been executed more smoothly, but overall, it was an intriguing storyline.
This mc or fang yuan who's worse
Story-wise and Charcater-wise, the novel is bad. But I do admit I was harsh and biased in my rating for the World-building. It was infact a decent 3.5/5 ☆. My anger of this novel got the best of me. Sorry ?.
In reply to your response earlier, there are plenty of novels with these "transmigrating into a novel" troupes that properly deal with interpersonal relationships, world-building, and proper character development.
So yeah. This novel isn't for me, but I won't retract my opinion that this novel isn't awful (especially character-wise). It is true that the plot looked aimless and even more so that it all revolved around the Mc especially.
I wish to say more but the word count and my memories are a bit vague already. If you want to ask something I'll do my best to reply ?.
Honestly, story isnt great. What's even worse (as far as i read before giving up completely) is that the translation is complete cr*p, almost had an aneurysm trying to understand what is actually supposed to be written
full disclosure i only read around 600-700 chapters until i decided it wont get any better translations...
If im wrong and anyone read after those chapters, or if anyone started reading it from scratch again and sees the translation has changed for the better, please comment here for me. i might go and give it a second try..
I dont even kno fam
Dude did they drop this or something I can’t other chapter’s anywhere.
I tried reading that but stopped 20 chapters in. I think it was because I read some comments and accidentally got spoiled with the story. I mostly forgot what I read so I think I'll give it a try soon. Alot of people have mentioned that story so I hope it is good.
Rewriting my initial review bc I was high when first I wrote it:
Good novel, very homosexual, but not so homosexual that it overtakes the story and becomes unreadable if you’re not here for the homosexuality. Worth reading even if you don’t like dudes kissing dudes bc the story is just that good and romance is made very much a subplot in comparison to the MC’s main shenanigans
Cons: F*CK*NG TANG ERDA THAT PIECE OF SH*T, but he’s only relevant for one arc so really just happy hunting ?
Any websites have a better translation?
In summary, the story is entertaining and features an impressive main character with extraordinary moments, but lacks character development and emotional depth. The supporting characters mainly serve as mere tools to contrast and elevate the MC, without significant consequences for their actions. The author's influence is evident in how everyone around the MC perceives them positively, excluding those who serve as plot devices. The MC's supposed understanding of the competitive nature of the arts doesn't result in any guilt or remorse; instead, the narrative focuses on misunderstandings and overly positive reactions.
A missed opportunity for character growth could have arisen if the MC's long-time actor friend discovered their exceptional talent, potentially sparking feelings of betrayal, envy, or disappointment, especially since the friend didn't support their aspirations. This revelation could have added complexity to the relationship dynamic.
Overall, while the story provides an enjoyable distraction, it falls short in exploring the emotional aspects and realistic consequences that could have enriched the characters' journeys.
