He calls Wu Youde 'trash' to his face, swings an iron rod at zombies like he's proving something, and when he can't break the lock he just smashes it violently. He's not thinking — he's reacting with brute force and entitlement. 'Those supplies are ours!' Zhao Dongqing yells like a spoiled kid. These people survived two days and already they've decided the world belongs to the strong. But then you have Li Yang's group and it's almost WORSE because they're more calculated. Mid-level manager, summoned flames 'barely enough to light a cigarette,' but he's still the anchor for three non-ability users. They're not rushing in — they're watching, assessing, waiting. When they see Tian Le clearing out the convenience store, they don't attack. They just... stand at the doorway exchanging wary glances. That silence is so much scarier than Zhou Run's iron rod. The stakes keep escalating too. It's not just about surviving zombies anymore — it's about resource scarcity creating friction between survivor groups. Ji Heng already knows this ('he never did anything unprepared') which is why he upgraded the lock and keeps Tian Le close. The real conflict isn't man vs. monster, it's man vs. man, and the author is setting up a whole ecosystem of rival factions. I can already tell Li Yang's group is going to be trouble...

This book is NOT finished…it just stops. I read to chapter 52 and decided to write a review (I was enjoying the book). Then I see the comments about if it’s done so I skipped to the last chapter and it just stops leaving me ticked off! I spent $ on this for nothing.
