Watching him struggle against his weak body, face the king’s judgment, and push himself beyond his limits kept me turning page after page.The world-building is rich, with a powerful empire, strong warriors, and a strict hierarchy that makes Alistair’s journey even more intense. The magic system and knight training feel well-developed, and every challenge he faces makes me root for him even more. There are moments of pain, determination, and even mystery—especially with his strange dreams and blessings from unknown gods.If you love stories where the protagonist rises from nothing, battles fate itself, and refuses to give up, then this is definitely for you. I can’t wait to see how Alistair changes the world around him!

This is a beautiful piece of literature im excited to see how the story develops the character development is amazing as im watching James grow to understand himself as the story progresses that he’s a sociopath that a normal person can’t just assume that role as he realizes what he wants and what he wants to protect and what he’ll do to protect it. The world building isn’t as strong though
Fourteen chapters and I'm already intrigued by it. Mu Shen is a character no one would ever want to miss. He's calculative, interesting and also powerful. Every decisions he'd taken so far is not something one would regret.
