While I wouldn't rank it among my favorites, I believe it's not as terrible as some one-star reviews suggest. For readers who have patience and can endure a few dozen chapters, the story isn't entirely unbearable. However, if you prefer concise narratives and well-developed writing from experienced authors, you might want to skip this one.
This novel is a revenge tale, but unlike the typical intense plots like Shield Hero or Arifureta, it's more subdued and doesn't evoke the same level of anger. The title itself hints at its lighter tone, resembling a slice-of-life story with revenge as a side dish. It revolves around a protagonist struggling with depression who discovers purpose through his experiences. Unfortunately, the author's inexperience leads to messy and underdeveloped prose. If you're intrigued by the concept but wary of the writing, consider checking out the manga adaptation instead.

Wait... as far as I know it's called "the Great Reset"... at least that's what I always saw it being called
Don't listen to this guy blud has no idea what he is missing out on this is a peak novel but it takes time for it to truly be able to show what it's worth I have only read one of author's other novels but that is similar in this aspect too if you have the patience to read up to at least 2000 chapters ot will be worth it.

Is this really still ongoing?
Don’t get me wrong, I’d be absolutely thrilled for more chapters but there was a “The End” in the second to the last chapter (chp 97) so I assumed that chapter 98 was the epilogue.
However the end of 98 leaves room for continuation but lots of the main plot points have been wrapped up, so unless there’s going to be a new arc this story seems like it’s complete.
