This novel is so good. At first, I read this manhwa and was a bit confused about why no one knew about their relationship, but it all gets explained later. The female lead (FL) moves on with her life after a broken heart, while the male lead (ML) continues living with his amnesia. I thought I would get frustrated with the story, but I really enjoyed it because both the FL and ML are neither pathetic nor dumb; they are smart. And the daughter is so cute...
The work is commendable, featuring a relatable storyline where the main character (MC)回忆起了他的过去,那段与不堪家庭的纠葛。 Here are the positive aspects:
1. The MC engages well with characters beyond the original plot, showcasing genuine relationships without feeling forced. Despite being portrayed as "extremely handsome" (with an androgynous appearance), the two women he loves demonstrate their affection based on his true character, which helps avoid a generic harem scenario. Currently, he has two fiancées, along with a servant who cares for him. He doesn't prioritize the original heroines, with only one being the daughter of a friend (who is adorable).
2. The MC possesses strength, but it's not driven by a need to compete; rather, he focuses on becoming the best.
3. He remains unbothered by the original storyline and isn't interested in getting entangled. However, this doesn't make him passive; when provoked, he stands his ground firmly. In a confrontation with a rival, the protagonist tries to challenge him, but the MC mercilessly dominates the fight. Even the protagonist's friend defending him doesn't sway the MC's determination.
In summary, the MC is assertive and unyielding when it comes to protecting himself and those he cares about, ensuring no one messes with him.
Oh, so you're saying all three will end up together?
yup, pretty good I'd say.
So desperate for Long Xun to learn that everyone close to him especially thay housekeeper is just using him. I feel so frustrated as a reader when I know the truth but the character takes so loooong to learn about it.
I havent read a single word of the novel
its honestly pretty good.
Pls use periods when writing complex sentences. Just a tip if u want ppl to read your comments without getting brain hemorrhages.
That's ridiculous and uncalled for.
no idea, I don't read here
Praise the almighty Rizz lord Yun Che! I've heard tales of heavenly rizz, but let me tell you, the rizz this lord wields makes even the gods defeated in awe. Cupid himself knelt for a millennium just to catch a glimpse of his rizz mastery, and even Tu'er Shen, the rabbit deity of h*m* love (I kid you not, look it up!), has to hang his furry head in shame whenever Yun Che strolls by. Heaven crumbling power? God swords? Infinite lifespan? Ha! Who needs 'em? Only losers rely on such things. Our lord, by the sheer force of his rizz, outshines every being in existence. Even the rocks can't help but blush in his presence!
If you're in search of a light-hearted and amusing read, this novel is perfect for you. It follows a slow-paced life story featuring a lovable protagonist who is incredibly overpowered, eliminating the need for constant plot armor. The MC's invincibility ensures there are no miraculous escapes from danger.
This isn't an action-packed tale of a hero repeatedly overcoming tough opponents; instead, it revolves around the MC's laid-back adventures, exploring new places, indulging in tasty food, and even accidentally defeating a demon lord while playing with rocks. What makes this series enjoyable is the author's skill in weaving a web of seemingly random events and side stories, with subtle hints that connect to the bigger plot.
The only downside is the abundance of characters – even minor ones pop up again later in the story, occasionally leaving readers like me to consult the comments for a refresher. Nonetheless, I wholeheartedly recommend this novel to most, save for those who prefer fast-paced narratives.
